| 40th Annual Day Celebrations |

The 40th Annual Day Celebrations was held in Anna University Convocation Hall on the 12th of February 2010.
Dr. A.B.J.Abdul Kalam the former President of India presided over the Celebrations. Dr. Mannar Jawahar Vice Chancellor - Anna University was the Key note speaker. Lt Gen. R.K. Swamy Chief of Staff, HQ Southern Command delivered the Special Address.
The children levaing for integration in April 2010 receited rhymes.
A CD on 4 Decades of BV was screened.
Dr. Kalam released the Parent Kit ( Provides inputs for parents on how to provide language to children Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Birth to 6 years)
Dr. Kalam then released the souvenir.
Dr. Kalam, Dr. Mannar Jawahar, and Lt. Gen gave encouraging and enlightening speeches.
An overwhelming attendence by the alumnus of BV for both the Conference and the Annual Day celebrations proved the sucess of BV. |
